Trinity Forge's experienced engineering staff uses Pro/Engineer modeling to develop forging designs based on strict customer specifications. Careful die-design can produce a forging close to the final shape and dimensions of the part, significantly reducing machining costs. Because of the care our engineers take in design, Trinity Forge often completes entire manufacturing runs with only a few rejects, saving the customer man-hours, materials and production delays.
