Format: HTML file including hyperlinks.

Retention: Server Backup, with printed copy retained by QA Manager for 10 years.

Responsible: VP-Quality & Engineering

Special requirements (if any): 

• Should the QMS be taken off full internet access, a second controlled copy would still be maintained on the Internet to provide open access to all parties.
• Updates must be promptly communicated by email to all managers as well as to customers and other outside parties whom are required to be notified per the Stakeholder Notification Registry. Likewise, the IT Manager must be notified to update the application system database so that certificates of material will show latest Quality Manual revision date.

Notes (if any) : Highest level document in the quality system, including definitive statements of the quality system’s scope, the corporate mission, the quality policy, the interaction of processes, and a full outline of the quality system.
